Light, like water is there when I need it. Tap on = water. Light switch flicked, illumination. Frustration is what I feel when the power or water is off, even if temporary and I have been warned. I could not imagine if I didn’t have these luxuries. Thinking about people that don’t is not something I like to do. Is it wrong for me to live in this bubble, ignoring others? Others that cannot help themselves? Even as I write this I feel like a horrible person, but what can I do? Use less water and power so that resources deplete less quickly so that one day when these necessities are accessible by all, there will actually be resources to tap into. Excuse me while I go turn off all the non-required power users.
