This is beautiful to me because it is part of what I do. I get approvals so buildings can get built. Not only does seeing an active construction site mean a new project, it also means someone has navigated the approval process. I will leave it at this, as if I don’t stop writing this will become a rant about “red tape” and the land development process. Nothing beautiful about that.
