Finisher Medal

I wore mine with pride on the walk home, now what do I do with it?  I have a bunch hanging from my coat hook, this does nothing but collect dust.  I can’t bring myself to toss them away because I have earned every one.  Today’s event came with a puke at the finish line and a personal best time too.  I might turn them into Christmas tree ornaments.  This way I will get to relive the proud moment of it getting placed on my neck from awesome volunteers when I place it on the tree.
