Altar Decorations

Above the altar at the church today there were paper leaves hanging from the ceiling.  They draped around the cross and I got to thinking about the simplicity of the cross as a design but the power it has as a symbol.  The whole thing at church was so pretty.  The mass was a bit odd, but hey at least I went.
