I would rather fly than be invisible, however only if no one knew I flew.  This way I could fly overhead and no one would think to look there, therefore I would be invisible.  Would I use my power to help?  Yes, indirectly...it would take me less time to get to where I am going, so the “extra” time would be spent doing good things.  Like volunteering
